Q. What are your refund and cancellation policies?
A. Our refund policy for each of our products and services is simple and designed to give you complete confidence and assurance. If you aren't completely satisfied with an eLearning product within a month of receiving it, we will gladly refund your money. For workshops, your registration fee is non-refundable, however, it is fully transferable: if you cannot make it for any reason, even at the last minute, you are free to invite someone else to take your place. Simply let us know so we can revise the registration list and prepare the appropriate name tag. What's more, our workshops have a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if you attend all the sessions in full and do your homework, and you don't believe you got value out of the workshop, just write a letter outlining your reasons and we will refund all your money.
