Q. What are your refund and cancellation policies?
A. Our refund policy for each of our products and services is simple and designed to give you complete confidence and assurance. If you aren't completely satisfied with an eLearning product within a month of receiving it, we will gladly refund your money. For workshops, your registration fee is non-refundable, however, it is fully transferable: if you cannot make it for any reason, even at the last minute, you are free to invite someone else to take your place.
