Where to find your next BIG idea...
Camille (one of the copywriters on staff) and I were each scheduled to give a presentation on the topic of differentiation and we wanted to create a handout for attendees. Without giving it too much thought, we created a simple worksheet that listed 'ten places to look for your differentation'.
It was relatively easy for us to come up with the list and to create a worksheet around it because that's what we do all the time for members of the Bull Pen and the corporate clients we work with.
We certainly didn't feel like it was a big idea, but the positive response that attendees gave us told us otherwise. As a result, we decided to post it on our website as a free download -- and over one hundred people downloaded it within the first twenty-four hours!
