Q. How do the virtual programs work?
A. Virtual programs are delivered via videoconference…so you need a headset and webcam. This is very, very cool — much better than a teleclass! It’s like we’re all in the same room (except we’re sitting at our desks). You will be able to see your consoachant and all the other participants (if in a group program). We use the most state-of-the-art video conferencing platform (it’s expensive for us, but not for you — there’s no extra software for you to download or buy.) You’ll be sent a link to log in to the conference, and a password if applicable.

Q. What’s ‘consoaching’?
A. A ‘pure’ coach is trained to help you find the answers yourself, but will never offer advice. While this is extremely valuable in many situations, it can also be frustating for the client when a transfer of knowledge is what’s needed. Pure consulting is limited because consultants come up with the answers (usually at a high price) with no skills transfer and no accountability. Consoaching is a blend between the two extremes.
