Q. What are your refund and cancellation policies?
guaranteeA. Our refund policy for each of our products and services is simple and designed to give you complete confidence and assurance. If you aren’t completely satisfied with an eWorkbook or Virtual Workshop within a month of receiving it, we will gladly refund your money.

Q. How will I be able to access my download?
A. We used to check all the transactions manually, but as you can imagine, things got a little out of hand. As a result, we have automated the responses so that you get automatic downloads.
