I cannot thank-you enough for the generosity you have displayed by sharing these enlightening sessions. Your teleclass and workshop have given us incredible insight into a seldom analyzed topic, our own business.

As creative professionals, we are constantly developing strategies to help surpass the project goals of our clients, yet seldom find the time to apply these strategies to our own marketing efforts. For years I have been tirelessly reminding clients that a brand is not a logo or a written marketing statement. A brand is the promise we make our clients and employees combined with their perception of how well we live up to that promise. A brand cannot be captured in words. It is a consistent message and consistent actions.

In my own marketing efforts I have spent far too much time coming up with that "magic line" that captures the essence of our brand. However, every client I meet tells me that it is our actions, and the unique way we do business, that keep them coming back.

Today's teleclass (with Shachar Perlman) made me realize that we must force ourselves to take the time to put on paper the processes that distinguish us. It is only through these consistent processes that we will be able to impart our unique brand effectively to our employees in the future.
