Essential Workshops and Teleclasses
because better sales messages means better sales!
Teleclasses
Warning -- these are not your typical teleclasses where one speaker drones on while everyone else is on mute. Currently, we are featuring the 'In Conversation' series where you can participate in conversations with some of the most interesting, fun and helpful people in the universe of interesting, fun, and helpful people! For this year's schedule of teleclasses, click here.
'Consoaching' Workshops and Tele-Sessions
If you feel that the last thing you need is yet another workshop, you may be right! That's why I have created this unique approach to helping independent professionals like you build your business.
It's called 'consoaching'.
Using a blend of coaching and consulting based on my 25 years as an award-winning copywriter, tradeshow pitchman and sales & marketing executive, I help independent professionals (like you) to discover their true differentiation and then to communicate it in the most compelling way.

Sponsored
Events
(and other appearances)
Michel
is often asked by other organizations and associations to put
on an Essential Message mini-workshop or keynote. These are all
posted in the calendar
of events. If you are interested in having Michel
present for your organization, please
refer to the 'Speaking'
page of this website. There, you'll find a number of topics
that can be delivered in either a keynote or workshop.
Corporate Programs
All
of the workshops listed above are available for corporate training.
It could be that the best approach is to send your people to
a public workshop, or perhaps the best approach would be to develop
a program that brings your people together for an afternoon every
week for 16 weeks. It all depends on your objectives, budget,
and how it fits with other trainers you might already be working
with. Please contact us to set up a meeting where we can discuss
the issues and opportunities.In-house training programs may include
any or all of the following:
- Lunch & learns
- Intensive weekend sessions and retreats
- Longer programs with weekly or monthly sessions
- Individual or group coaching or consulting
- Breakout sessions as part of your corporate events
- Facilitated
naming workshops (see above)
Mini-FAQ
Q. How do you customize your corporate training?
A. Call us directly and set up a meeting. We'll be happy to go through our material with you and figure out which works best for what you need.
Q. We are thinking about hiring you for corporate training -- can we audit the workshop at no charge?
A. It has been our experience that what you get out of the workshop is a multiplier of what you put in. Therefore, our policy is that everyone, even if you simply want to evaluate the workshop before bringing it in-house, must attend the full sessions and complete your homework. The guarantee, however, applies. In addition, as long as you notify us beforehand that you are attending the workshop for evaluation, we will deduct 50% of the cost of your workshop fee from any larger contract we negotiate for corporate training.
Q.
We are a tiny company and there's no way we can afford your regular
rates. Do you offer lower rates for small business?
A. In exceptional circumstances, we do lower our fees. These are
considered on a case-by-case basis. Small companies and individuals
benefit most from the Bull Pen 'consoaching' program -- which is
extremely reasonably priced.
Q. Can we combine your training with personal coaching or consulting?
A. Of course, that's why we call it 'consoaching' and that's what you get as a member of The Bull Pen. See our page on The Bull Pen.
Q. Hey What's up with the arrowheads???
A. We love it when we get asked that question because it allows us to describe the story behind our approach and how you use it to discover your Essential Message. For the response to this question, link to E-ssential Message #28!
Q. I have a question not answered here -- what should I do?
A. We welcome all questions, no matter how frequently or infrequently they get asked. Simply call us or email us and we'll get back to you right away!
